Once upon a time, I thought I would try out a career in Instructional Design. However, I believe my skills and passion are better served in the cultural field. The following projects I created as examples of my skills in designing eLearning projects, which might come in handy in the future.

Socialisation Training for Volunteer Dog Walkers

This scenario-based eLearning project is designed to help new volunteers at a rescue shelter make the right decisions when walking shelter dogs.

 

This approach ensures the safety of both the dogs and the volunteers while also allowing the dogs to practice their socialisation skills, which can increase their chances of adoption.

Curly Hair Products and Customer Service Training for New Chat Agents

This is a scenario-based eLearning project which is designed to assist new chat agents in learning about Curl Works' hair products and how to approach customer service through online chat software.

 

This approach uses a virtual environment that emulates assisting five customers with different problems in a chat environment.

The Jousting Quest: A Quiz About Medieval Knights 

This eLearning project features a quiz about knights in the Middle Ages with a fun twist.

The learner must answer questions correctly, which supplies a knight with his armour so he can take part in a joust.

The Customer Service Challenge

This eLearning project was made with Camtasia and features a five-question quiz on customer service.

​

The video is just under two minutes, and the questions are relatively simple. It's designed to teach as well as test the user's knowledge in customer service.
